Happy Birthday Singapore. In fact, i'm not happy to say that. Not that i'm not proud of you.

I am proud of you. I love you. Always wanted to participate in celebrating this once-in-a-year event in Marina with you. But u never gave me any tickets for the past 23 years.

No mood for you. But i'm sure a lot of people will shout for joy, not because of your birthday, but because of the honour for those who marched in the parade, the number of days off they will get after the marching, the CCA points students will get after the whole event, the goodie bags they will be receiving and of course, the final finale of the fireworks. Who knows, those who say they love you are in fact hypocrites. Why? Because just by saying is not enough. Prove that you love Singapore by doing something. Action speaks louder then words.

I shall coop up myself at home watching the miserable telecast instead.
