Confinement

Stay in school the whole day! I thought other than army, i would not have to face such misery again... although i have my favourite Xenopus with me, nothing can kill that boredom within me. However something delightful happen today! My lovely sister msg me! My mood was uplifted actually.. haha... Thanks!!!

Talking about Xenopus, i found out an interesting fact from Wikipedia. Little do i know my lovely Xenopus can be used as a pregnancy test kit!! Inject the female frog with serum or urine of the women. If the frog produced eggs within the next 24 hours, the test was positive! ( means she is pregnant ) LOL!!

Was just wondering.. how did the human chorionic gonadotropin stimulate the frog? How did the frog feel when we inject our urine into her? She must be struggling... very hard... Sad... I can't even stand the smell of my own urine, and the frog have to face such unnecessary trama... haix... at least i promise u that if u were to become my experimental Xenopus in the future, you will not be forced to lay eggs for me by this tramatic way...
