Release of exam results

Exam results are out at around 12.40am on Friday! Encounter a lot of lag in my computer before the results are finally uploaded onto my screen. I'm surprise i did well! Or should i say, did at my best and scored better than the past 4 sem with a GPA of 4.4!! Finally can scrape through and get a borderline second upper. YEY!! This is the first time i'm getting an A+ for one of my core subject and i'm super duper happy! Seriously... this is really a pleasant surprise.. (^.^)

Really thankful for those who studied with me. You have been encouraging me to work hard and i truly appreciate all of you... Next sem is coming and let's enjoy ourselves before school starts! *happie happie*

Christmas Day!

It's Christmas Day! The day Jesus was born ( though not exactly ) was remembered by this special day. Church have no activity, means i've to spend my christmas at home. Anyway thanks so much for the christmas wishes! Tracey, Jonita, Jie Hui, Ze You, Li Shi, Hui Ting, Huang Jia En, Xiang Ting, Jeremy Tan, Jeremy Eio, Lionel, Wee Hong, my ex-maid Wasi ( smsed me from Indonesia sia ), Zhi Hui and last but not the least, Yue Feng my buddy...

This is the Cheeze cake that Esther made for the whole family~! Inside filled with yoghurt and the base was made of digestive biscuit. Very nice! Thanks!
Then Wei Wen and Eunice gave us a "ball of candies"! Haha... Something that can be used for decorative purpose? Tried hard to open... lol... Anyway, our family had lunch together and we ate salad prawns, kang kong, chilli crab, brocolli + dai zi and steamed fish. Nice too! Oh.. and i gave my parents chocolate for their christmas present :P

After which, i went out! Cannot stand the boredom at home.. haha.. Hmm... walked crowded bugis street and we bought a new bag! Next, we proceed to Tampines Mall for a second round of window shopping spree! Did window shopped at the newly furnished Century Square and everything was beautiful there. Brought a new, glossy wallet in TM and had our scrumptious dinner at Fish and Co restaurant. This is what we ordered for a drink: an alcoholic "Passionate". Seriously, the taste is superb.

The first dish we ordered is the fried Calamari! The fried, a little salty and garlic taste all over the sotong. When i ate it with a hungry stomach, i enjoy the taste a lot... together with chilli sauce and mayonnaise, its just.. indulgence...

We ordered Fish and Chip for our main course! When we receive the Fish and Chip in pan, the hot and oily fried fish melted the butter on top of it. The fish meat seems real to me too.. haha.. All in all, the food tasted great!

We enjoyed ourselves! Christmas day was just like any other day actually... nothing special... perhaps its how blessed you think you are, that make this day a special day. Staying at home watching your favourite movie eating tibits can also make this day wonderful, isn't it? But thinking of exam results this fri make me wonder if my happiness will sustain... If i did not perform well, i might as well settle for a second lower and not work that hard anymore, since i've tried so hard for 5 semester already... *smile*.. haha... cos today is still great!

Christmas Eve

On Saturday, i went for a badminton game and a nice jog before we played mahjong! haha... addiction is hard to cure... After that, i'm deadbeat the whole day with aching muscles... cmi...

On Sunday, i went out with my army friends in Plaza Singapura! Not a bad place... It was so beautiful now after the renovation! But of course it's the company that matter most. Wee Hong, Lionel, Beng Chun, Jeremy Eio and Jeremy Tan are all present.. haha! Anyway we went to the Manhattan Fish Market located on the 7th level for dinner before we catch the movie "Alvin and the Chipmunk"! The chipmunk was cute!! but... i don't really like to watch cartoon in movie.. haha... anyway i do enjoy myself!

Oh ya! then a person came and flame on our dish! Take a look:Actually they are flaming on the prawns on this dish. Hmm.. this is a large serving enough for two. Though i forgot what's the name of this delicacy, but... ah... the melted cheeze is absolutely... stunning in taste...

Lionel also gave all of us a christmas card! Thanks so much for the effort and thoughts! This is really a very cute friends forever card.. :)

In the sunday morning, a young girl name Huijun gave me a present! Haha.. ( she spelled my name wrongly and then she cancelled it.. ) LOL! Oh ya.. her blog add is also in my blog... haha.. u can take a look at her blog. But hor... she told me her sis ban her from using the computer because she is notti... WHAHAHAHA!!!!

A card holder with a yawning boy holding hands with... a chicken and a dog?!?!?! errm... nice... haha...Then on Monday 24th Christmas eve, went to school a while and met up with Yue Feng briefly, pass someone a gift for gift exchange before heading back home and practise piano for the carolling... well... the piano is just to stall time so that the carolling team can take time to travel? Hmm... don't know la... but just play cos this may be the last time i'm playing! YEY!

Oh ya! Then for the second carolling house, we notice a porcupine! Haha!! It was so cute! Though we didn't manage to see the face of that porcupine, i manage to take a photo of it. He is so shy... *blush*

Later a child told us that this is not a porcupine, but a hedgehog. Haha! I'm enlightened during christmas eve sia...

When i reached home late at night, i opened the mailbox and was surprised to receive a christmas card from Wan Jing! Wow... your christmas card is the first i've received this year via post! Used to send christmas card, but i guess no point ba... but thanks for your effort and 26 cents worth of postage! The "Merry Christmas" word was actually kinda metal plated with a nice christmas tree glittering below it! All the words are typed out... haha... nicely done! thanks once again!

Although nothing great happen during christmas eve, i'm contended the way things turn out. May all of us have a peaceful night and a blessed year ahead!

The Warlord

On wed, met up with Adrian ( my pri school friend ) and his Mlm company friends for a dinner in Clarke Quay. My friend kinda "trick" me, intially set the meeting place at City Hall, then change the venue to Clarke Quay ( because his friends are there to help him ). This kind of method is childish because i've to walk across the long pass in Dhoby Ghuat twice, making me irratated. Well, although i can make it an unpleasant moment, i've decided not to... They are very friendly and we had a general chat, touching only the surface about their company. the female china friend is exceptionally outspoken. But I guess it is a firm NO for me to join their company no matter how poor i am. Same goes to SAF. No matter how good they treat me, i still think they sucks.Thurs went to watch "The Warlord" at around 2.40pm in Causeway point. Hmm... not a bad movie about brotherhood, though it's not very impressive also. I watched it because i like violence. Opps.. Walked around the shopping complex, drank bubble tea, ate fried sotong, sardine puff and octopus ball. The octopus ball was disappointing. The outer crust is so thick with flour and the octopus is super duper tiny. When i open up the box, the ball "collapse"... or should i say.. "inflated"... we also tried some seaweed cracker! A little salty, but super nice!!! Anyway we had a nice walk home. When i reached home, i played mahjong with Esther, Eunice and Wen Wei. Not bad! I finally won with $73! We're not betting la... just playing for fun...

Although i can be giving too much pressure on you, requesting a lot from you, you never fail to be understanding... *appreciated*

Feeling depressed again

I hate friends with ulterior motive.

Don't ask me out after not contacting for 10 years, with the motive of wanting me to be your downline in MLM company. Enyouth company. I am not interested at all to be your distributor, nor purchase your therapy watch, gem stones, biomagnetism therapy or far infrared therapy shit, less alone your PhD and TCM professor. This kind of smart people i've seen too much in School of Biological Sciences and i'm not impressed at all the credentials u've stated.

Gary's Wedding Dinner!

Today is my relative's wedding dinner! Its actually my mum's elder sister's son who is getting married. Haha.. And my parents took leave for this day. I'm sorry Yi Hui for not attending your birthday party!! Did try to visit you for a while, but i got to the wrong "Costa Sand Resort"!! Went to the downtown east de instead of the Pasir Ris one... alamak... and got myself drenched also! Forgive me k!

Hai Sing Catholic Alumni Dinner

Today was a happy day for me! In the morning, i went to watch "Hero" in GV Yishun before going home for lunch! After which, i had a mini mahjong sessions with Esther and Wen Wei before going to the Hai Sing Alumni Dinner in the school hall itself. This is the first time they are organising and i'm so happy to see so many people! Most of which graduated from the year 2000 one... (^.^) hmm... reached around 6.15pm and saw lots of familiar faces! Was lead to the foyer by nice and friendly Haisian..

Haha.. This is the door gift i received from them! Its a small notebook with a nice blue foldable pen!
Then making use of the time, we explored the secondary school and took a few photos! This is the beautiful and clean corridor!

Haha... Lee tat seems to enjoy himself! Anyway, he won the top prize for the lucky draw!! LOL.. he is really lucky tonight~ Its actually a labtop bag la... branded de... kinda Swiss Army brand?

The buffet was nice too! Bee Hoon, golden fried fish, broccolli and cauliflower, curry chicken, fried you tiao, dian xin, sea coconut dessert, fruit punch and chocolate eclair! Actually i think it's not bad already... i really enjoyed the food!! Haha... thanks so much to everyone for making all these possible.. :)
