Korean Language Sucks

Basically the title is what i'm feeling now... Korean language sucks... i'm so mad... this is the first time i got 0/20 for my korean test. ( or should i say, 0 marks for my entire life since i got 1/10 in my primary school spelling + cheating ) Not only that. Up till now, i flunk ALL the korean test. One minor stroke makes the whole sentence wrong. F. Initially got the passion to learn it since i'm going korea, but thinking of it now, this sickening subject really makes me sick.

Or just blame it on me. I'm stupid.

+ computer keep dumping physical memory and restarting ( in another word, it sucks too )
+ today waited so long to board bus ( bad luck )
+ exam in 2 weeks time ( not feeling optimistic from all the failing )

NVM. At least something happen that brighten up my day.. a bird came knocking at my window while i'm still sleeping.. thanks for the morning call birdy.. i can see that u're concentrating...This bird is amazing... it allows me to take photos at very near view! ( i have a feeling this bird loves me )Enjoying the wonderful view with the Sengkang LRT and flats + watching the handsome me...U seems black enough... Or are u the one that bring me bad luck??? *faint* yaya.. blame on birds are the best... Sorry Peter Poon.. i'm not a bird watcher..

Joseph the Dreamer

was revising my irritating korean when i fell asleep... dreamt something..

I am in another building.. basement was something like Nanyang Audi... came down using an escalator and was shopping when an angry women was trying to fight with my love one.. in the end, i was furious and fought with her.. in another moment, i was floating on the sea... tried to see if the sea was dangerous and place my army towel slightly on the surface on the surface of the sea.. amazingly, i used much force to pull up my towel...

Looked across the sea and saw a kingdom. It was a big kingdom that seems victorious... however an event seems to be happening... they are proudly showing off all their victories trophies and strong armies as they entered into a fortress with their horses.. curious, i entered with them... suddenly the huge door closed. Then we realized that we are trap! We tried to shout and escape but to no avail. I tried to look out, but saw really huge giants coming out from the sea killing the rest of the people. One of the giant peak into the fortress and tried to smell if there are people in it, but a baby in front hindered the giant from smelling us.. and the fortress did shook a few times..

time pass and we are safe.. discovered a secret underground tunnel that was really tight in space.. and freedom once again come to us..

It reminds me of the ends of days... don't know why i have this kind of vivid dreams... i still remember a dream that i have when i'm young.. i was in my old flat.. late at night... i dreamt suddenly that there are lots of devil and satan around me... they are crawling towards me and trying to grab me and send me to hell.. i climbed on top of the glass table.. and just as they are about to catch me, someone pulled me up. It was an angel... i looked down and saw that the devil cannot do anything but to look on...

Ya.. dream a lot these days... sian..

Steamboat

Had a steamboat yesterday with Li Shi, Karen, June, Huilin, Jie Hui, Russell and Zhi Hui at Chinatown.. hmm... not very fresh actually, but i guess it's the company that matters! Chit chat all the way... next we had mahjong session at my house exclusively before i drove my friends back home. Kinda enjoy the mahjong the most! So thankful my parents bought some food home for us too... (^.^) Started to drive some of them back at 3.40am, i manage to reach home by 520am... ( yay.. good morning dear Joseph.. ) anyway manage to drive the last person back home in Bukit Batok before i got lost myself in the expressway.. heng not much vehicle.. if not their parents will not spare me easily for bring them home late! Sped all the way, but i think i sped by a speed capturing device at Bukit Batok... *sian diao*

Hai... woke up late today.. Just by doing the korean homework took me 4 hours already ( and still doing ). How am i going to survive? All alone at home... been thinking a lot.. and have been restless sitting while trying to finish the homework. Lucky i manage to cheat a little in writing the korean essay, if not i sure cannot finish after 10 hours.. Haix... is this what my life is all about? Play, eat, study, sleep... where is my motivation factor? Perhaps life is just too good... I must learn not to be contented easily...

나는 아프다

Felt sick these days... Initially had a severe sore throat and down with a mild fever.. now having ulcer in funny places too.. somewhere deep in the gums between my two sets of teeth.. nvm... to complicated also.. its affecting my nerve so much that every bite i took makes me "high"... not only that.. i cannot even open my mouth more than 2.2cm, if not my cheek will feel pain! Just now had a severe stomachache until i feel like vomiting with slight giddy.. not that kind of wanna shit kind of stomachache k! ( i'm a boy also.. not a gal.. certainly not PMS kinda of vomiting.. ) Felt better after a while... sian.. so weak..

Is there problem with my body? I don't know.. i hope i still have a long way to go before i rest in peace.. ( by the way, the above title means "I am sick"... )

Really hope to pass my korean language course! So tough for me.. I don't even understand the question, how to answer during exams? *sian diao*.. and the teacher want us to do the workbook filled with korean.. i don't even understand the questions, how to do sia? *faint* Lucky i have a "private tutor" constantly helping me! Phew.. but it won't last long cos support is limited.. -_-"

Complains

Hmm... today is wednesday and i think i have a few unimportant things to address. I must agree that i love to complain and voice out my opinion although it may not be pleasant to hear.

Was on the train to school when two aunty boarded the train. At first that sat separately as there are not enough seats. Finally when they got to sit together, one of the aunty said: "SMRT should have build more seats... blah blah.." In fact many people hear already treat them as transparent. But for me, i feel like saying to them that if they are so smart, why don't the two aunty join SMRT and contribute their noble ideas? I really wonder how they can make their idle speech a more practical one. No doubt there are room for improvement, but it does not make both of you seem smarter indeed.

As there are time to kill, i wanted to go Nanyang Business School and use their "free access lab". Seriously, this lab is not really that "free access". Went in and tried to log in their computer and guess what? Only NBS students can log in. WTF. Why not just name it "NBS-students-only-lab". I don't know why, but NBS the building itself is really that idiotic and unfriendly. Even an NTU student also cannot use their com. Fancy all the complain from all over NTU when SBS people got their own "restricted access lab and room", where any students ( not necessary SBS students ) can log in once they gain entry to the rooms. Jealous and egoistic, students just want to infiltrate and gain access into, as if they have "conqured" the SBS building, empowered the system and landed into a land of golden eggs without the access card. Big Deal.

Since i can't log on to the "free access lab", i went directly up 1st level in S1 block and use the lab. Tried to open a word document from edventure also got problem. System sucks these days. Then what is the used of pasting a nice sticker on the top right hand corner of the computer that says "Microsoft Office 2007" ?? What a great place to be in, frozen by the strong air-con simultaneously.

What's more. Tried to request for a business intersem subject 3 weeks ago. Find the office like hell also cannot find. Where is it? It is hiding... hiding quietly just beside the com lab. CMI. When i approach the staff, disorientated and sweating like mad under the hot day just before a paper, an old malay staff gave me a sickening attitude and tell me they cannot do anything because it is the student academic office ( SAO ) who is in-charge of this kind of thing. This is super unlike the feeling NBS gave me 1 sem ago, when a nice lady have empowerment over subjects for intersem and tried her best to assign subjects to us. In the end, after "climbing up the mountain" to SAO, they gave another subject to me, saying that's the best because the subject i like is "packed to the maximum". My friends who are busy studying for exams?? They got the "packed to the maximum" subjects just by emailing SAO. Thanks ar.

No hard feeling, but this is what i've been observing around me.

Happy Mother's Day!

Today is Mother's day! Let me recap what happen:

Went to church today.. Hui Jun mei mei actually sat with me by herself!!! haha... she always surprised me~ Felt very very tired and i actually slept during the sermon! Sian... before going home, we roam around in bedok and admire beautiful houses on our way..

Bringing our mum along, we had our lunch in a hawker centre in East Coast Park. Cannot make it... there is a very famous Wan ton mee there and 80% of my family members ate it. Not bad... my mum, on the other hand, ate laksa ( the stall just beside the Wan ton mee stall ) instead. Seriously, this is the worse laksa we have ever tasted. Weather hot doesn't matter, the cockles not cooked, gravy so thick and last but not least, it is COLD. Sian.. what a "memorable mother's day".. ate with disgust..

Went shopping with my family in carrefour and ended up in Bedok for a relative gathering. My mum don't like this kind of gathering, and i accompanied her to a nearby NTUC for a while before returning back.. When my mum was selecting some wine, she turned and a woman was so close to her that my mum accidentally knocked onto her. It's ok... the woman was still talking on the phone, clutching her waist as if she have a stitch.. then she said this:

"hey.. i'm ok.. a stupid women knocked onto me.."

I was fumingly mad. How dare you say my mum stupid!! Who the F*** you think you are? Even as a university student, i never look down on people. Judging from your ill-mannered speech, i can see that your mum didn't really teach you properly, or could she have died? Must be a F***ing bastard. While that bastard woman continue to select her wine, i stared at her and said aloud that i Du Lan someone. So what if your husband is a hunk, i will fight all out for something i believe in although i know i won't win you physically. Your sick mind must be joking... scolding my mum during mother's day. Wake up your idea understand? F***ed up. God is fair afterall.. when He gave your husband brawn, He did not give you a brain. This typical example i have seen a lot seriously. Want to scold someone, don't do it in front of that person and expect that stranger to love your "wonderful" comment.

Because of this incident, my mum are more soft-hearted and went back to the dinner! Haha... had a relatively enjoyable dinner, celebrated my Grandpa birthday before playing mahjong until 4am in the morning with both parents, Joshua and Esther.. Everything ended well actually.. (^.^) Once again, happy mother's day! I love you mum!

Busy Wednesday~

Hie friends! Wednesday is a busy day for me! Tried to settle the tender stuff and wanna extend my passport... Oh no... now then i realised that the passport are changing to the new biomatrix ones! So "poof" i go with my dearest sister!

Took a picture with Esther on the train!Wow... the ICA is really crowded on wednesday afternoon! Lucky i siam the que by saying i need to apply visa soon.. haha.. ended up in an "interview room" with an officer and they say they'll try to make mine asap... hmm... after that went to bugis to shop around.. in the end, i got a little mad.. lol...See the above bridal display by Sookee? I was on that level wanting to take a picture of the beautiful bridal costume, in the end kanna stop by one of the sookee people. They scared i "steal" their ideas! @!#$%&#@! Who care your shity idea. I say i wanna take means i wanna take. Though i only like the purple one, i wanna take the white one also ( from 2nd level ) :You thought you very big ar.. Big then go marry la! Stop me sia... Next time i'm gonna take your bridal costume with an 8 magapixel camara. Actually i know i'm a little "uncontrollable".. lol... but who cares.. anyway i shopped a while with Esther before going jogging... haha... had a nice day afterall... ( Sookee sucks ) =P

SBS Poster Day!~

Haha.. this is my first time attending the poster day ( after my pre-departure gathering ) for the year 4 student! :)

Not bad... i find some posters very very very appealing! Can't take a photo of all of them, so just took a few that i think i like.. haha... sorry for the rest! Anyway here are the posters:
This picture is badly taken... but take it because Champ is inside.. haha.. ( seems proud of his work! )
Seriously, i think all the developmental biology posters are superly done with nice "graphic"! See the last one? The backbone with fluorescence + good resolution... wow... *impressed* Surprising, they don't win the poster competition... lol... Perhaps it's because it is no longer the professor who determine the winners, but the student's who are suppose to vote... Prof Peter is so mean! He draw on one of the graduate's poster... sian diao... anyway i don't have the picture of the poster that won the poster competition ( cos i think i don't like it ) ... haha... :P
